Multi- Function Machines Sales
Datanet sells, services, and supplies most brands Laser Multi-Function Machines, both COLOR or BLACK. They can Copy, Fax, Print & Scan. They use dry toner, rather than wet ink.
Most of the machines sold now are Multi-Function Machines. It doesn’t pay for a manufacturer to only make a copier. For a few dollars more, they add a network &/or a USB printer port. Now it can Print and Scan. Then a fax board and now it faxes. You don’t need to use all of the features right now, but it is nice to have. Even if you have other machines, this can always be a spare, just in case the other is not working or being worked on.
We do not sell or service Color Inkjet (Photosmart, Deskjet, or BubbleJet) Machines. They are inexpensive, replaceable machines, that they sell at the box superstores.
Anyone can sell you a BOX, with a Copier, Printer, or Multifunction Machine in it. They don’t have to know the Industry or know how to repair the machine. It’s all about knowing which is the best machine to match your specific needs and to compliment your other Copiers, Printers & Fax. Then, the key is to buy from a company like ours, that can Service and Maintain All of your Machines, with Prompt and Reliable Service.

Datanet can provide you with Copiers, Printers, Fax & Multi-Function Machines with a monthly rental payment. Perfect for Television shows or Movies. A minimum of 90 days up to a year. Eliminate the hassle of buying & selling.
We have worked with many studios. Some have used the machines for Administration (Invoices, Billing, General Paperwork & Scripts). Other studios have used our machines for Props. Other props can include almost any office machine, from almost any era. Typewriters, shredders, scanners and wide format printers. If you can think of it, we can probably provide it.
We have provided machines for “Batman“, “Erin Brockovich”, “I Love Trouble”, “Minority Report” and “The Rock Star”, to name a few.
We help you to select which machine or machines you need. Then we deliver it to your job site and set it up on your computer or computers as a printer and a scanner. We will also train you and your staff, so the machines can be easily utilized.
